Policy
Content Creation Responsibility:
The client acknowledges that content creation is not included in the Social Media Package. It is the sole responsibility of the client to create and provide the necessary content for posting on social media platforms.
Posting and Captioning:
Our team will handle the regular posting and captioning of content provided by the client. We will ensure that posts are scheduled and published on the agreed-upon social media platforms.
Client Engagement:
We will actively engage with clients on social media platforms by responding to direct messages (DMs) and addressing customer care inquiries promptly. Our team will strive to maintain a high level of responsiveness and professionalism in all client interactions.
Reposting Stories:
As part of our social media package, we will repost relevant stories provided by the client. This helps increase engagement and exposure by sharing content from the client's followers and target audience.
Targeted Audience:
Our team will utilize various strategies to identify and target the appropriate audience for the client's social media profiles. This may include demographic analysis, hashtag research, and engagement with relevant communities to maximize reach and engagement.
Posting Frequency:
When content is available, we will aim to post on social media platforms between 4 to 7 times a month. This frequency may vary based on the availability and quality of content provided by the client.
Daily Upkeep on DMs and Customer Care:
We commit to daily monitoring and upkeep of DMs and client customer care on social media platforms. Our team will respond to messages and inquiries promptly, providing assistance and information as required.
Amendment and Termination:
The client understands that this social media package policy is subject to change and amendment. Either party may terminate the agreement by providing written notice within a reasonable timeframe.
By engaging in our social media package, the client acknowledges and agrees to the above policies and terms. We aim to provide exceptional social media management services and work collaboratively with the client to achieve their social media goals.
